Clean for what it was

It was a pleasant stay for me and my family. All the housekeepers and attendants are very friendly and accomodating. Its also a perfect spot because its near the airport. I will definitely book with them again next year.

Great staff and a beatiful place but it needs an upgrade. They helped me get an electric fan because AC wasnt working well for us. However, AC is too loud and placed in between the room and bathroom. And It says in Expedia that it has 2 double beds, but they didn’t say it was a pullout 2 double beds. I thought the advertisement was misleading. If I knew that it’s a pullout bed, I wouldn’t reserve this at all. Too bad because the place has so much potential, wonderful staff, and place is unique. I hope they will be able to make some major updates and if that happens, we will return. Thank you.

It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues as well. But in general we enjoyed our stay. God place for family especially the kids.

Just an excellent all around experience. This will continue to be my stay when I visit Manila. Located just outside the madness of hectic life but within a quick walk if that’s what you want.

They need to fix the air conditioning in the front lobby. Otherwise everything was great. Will be back again.

The staff here are the most beautiful people in the world…always smiling, always warm and kindly.
