Secluded and comfortable property

Very nice hotel . Room was spacious , breakfast was delicious and staff very attentive . Only a short walk from main station and old town

The staff were good and the room was reasonably clean, but the hotel is outdated. The shower setup inside the room felt makeshift, and the beds were very uncomfortable. They need to invest in better mattresses. The advertised four-star rating did not match my experience. To me, it felt closer to a two- or three-star hotel. The location is directly opposite the train station. During my stay, I saw many homeless people just outside the hotel. Parking is very limited and costs €20 per day. Overall, it was not worth the price, and I would not stay again.

This hotel was lovely. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Our only complaint would be the complementary minibar. While it is a nice idea, offering one single serve bag of chips for two people seems a bit undersized. The mirror frame in the bathroom had significant water damage. Other than that - GREAT stay! We would stay here again ;)

Clean rooms- close to train station- staff were wonderful!

The housekeepers were really nice, the restaurant servers and food were great. However, we were put in a much smaller room with queen bed on the 1st night even though I booked a room with twin beds. I don’t know if it was a miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel, but when I raised my concern to their staff, they were insistent that I booked the smaller hotel room and didn’t want to move us, even though I showed them what I booked. So I called Expedia to help us out and they talked to the staff. They eventually moved us the next day. It was a bigger room, but the shower entrance is so small that we had to squeeze our bodies just to get in. No air conditioner and a fan is provided, but I heard that this is normal for most hotels in Germany. Otherwise, it was pretty decent hotel.
