The location was great. The room was clean though it had a little bit of a smell. The location of the property is great as it's right along the river and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was also nice and better than many I have had at other hotels in the past.

The rook was clean, bed comfortable, and had an amazing view of the river. It is located by plenty of restaurants and shops very nice location. The staff were amazingly friendly and kind, they were very helpful. My only complaint is I was told breakfast was 7-10 and on the last day of my stay I went to breakfast at 9 and it all had been packed up and cleared so I had to drive without eating.

Everyone on here front desk where so nice. We have to stay here at Idaho Falls for an emergency. Quality Hotel it was a good choice for ower stay here. Victoria help us to stand one more day at the last minute. That means a lot for us. Thank you, Letty M

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Good breakfast. Smooth check-in. A little water damage in our room on the ceiling. We wish the buildings all connected to the main building though. Parking lot was a little confusing. But we had an enjoyable stay.

The Quality inn is not pictured here. The Pictures here are the Choice Hotel, and it is falsely advertised. The room was dirty, and they were in flexible. I opted to leave the property. Do Not book here.

Receptionist in the different building Comfort Inn/Qualify Inn. She puts us on the second floor. The stairs has a broken metal on the very top that you have to be careful when you steps. It looks decent when you enter the room, but upon checking the washroom the toilet was filthy. We were so tired because it was late, instead of complaining my husband clean it himself.
