Great location, good free parking. Room was comfortable, shower was great. Comfortable common areas. Would be perfect for a family event. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Cereals, bagels, coffees, teas, packaged baked goods. More fresh fruit and maybe a fresh baked item and warm options would have been nice. Thank you, Frank, for a very nice stay!

The staff were so accommodating and helpful! Very friendly! Breakfast was delicious! Close to the Main Street and other places to visit. Very quaint!

The hotel room was ok and the grounds are beautiful. At this price you would think that breakfast would be included but it is not. The food at the lazy goat was good but the service was terrible. Had to ask twice for milk for our coffee while the coffee was getting cold till the milk made it to our table. The food and the service at the Junction were amazing, no complaints there. Somehow the housekeeping threw away or misplaced some of our belongings from within our room, a tote bag with boot inserts to keep tall boots upright went missing from our room, and while we can understand that things happen, the response we got from the front desk was unacceptable. When we brought the issue to them all we were offered was laundry bags for us to use to put our belongings in. At almost $600 a night that is just not right. Will not be visiting again.

Don’t go. It’s literally a trap.

We had a comfortable and amazing stay. The innkeeper was extremely knowledgeable and made wonderful suggestions to make our stay exactly what we wanted . Breakfast was delicious and varied each day and included fresh local ingredients. The grounds were stunning and well cared for. And we were lucky to see the bittern one morning !! We highly recommend a stay at this beautiful B and B !

Not clean

The grounds were beautiful with plenty of places to just hang out. Fire pits at night were a nice touch. There was a cute little porch at the entrance to the room with 2 chairs which we used a lot. My only issue was I had booked a Jr Suite and it was very tiny. No place to put your luggage and the luggage rack was broken. There was a sofa which I guess made it a “suite”. The bathroom was also tiny but had nice towels, robes and toiletries. Also, there is no food except coffee in the morning and they ran out of that. However, across the street was a fantastic family run restaurant, Round Hearth, with a great breakfast.

Decor and interiors are used and abused. Walls are thin: guests beside and above you are overheard consistently. There was an AC mini split in the room, ours, did not work. There was a window shaker AC taped into the window. It did a less than great job keeping the room cool. This hotel is not crisp and clean! Totally smells old on couches and when you walk in. The fire place and spa are literally a whole in the ground and the pictures shown online are misleading.
