Hurstbourne Vacation Packages

There was no room available for my accommodation after I drove 6 hours and notifies the hotel of my arrival time. When I got to the registration desk I was notified that the hotel was full and I needed to stay at an hotel that was substandard to the Hyatt. I was then directed to a holiday inn that was 15 minutes away from downtown which made my business trip meeting difficult considering all my colleagues were staying downtown.

Hotel was super clean and staff were friendly in a great location

Overall good experience. The rooms were clean and we appreciated the full fridge. The only downer was the drag racing that went on late at night.

The hotel is walking distance to 4th Street Live which has plenty of restaurants and bars. Staff was professional, valet service was worth it, hotel is well kept. The glaring negative is that no matter what floor you are on, you are subjected to Fast and Furious car driving, excessively loud music from passing cars and you are a block over from homeless people sleeping in building doorways.
