It was a beautiful room. It had some free beer, wine and bottles of water.

The rooms had a stylish, luxury boutique feel… well designed and tasteful without feeling stuffy. Everything was spotless from the lobby to the room. The food was excellent, easily one of the better hotel dining experiences I’ve had. Valet service was smooth and convenient, making check-in and check-out effortless. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a boutique hotel experience in Cleveland!

Bed was uncomfortable and could sleep. The member lounge food was 30 mins late and cold on arrival. I go to a different hotel next time I visit the Clinic

Non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes. Very basic.

Clean space, plenty of towels and hot water, good view, strong WiFi, adequate security and privacy.

We just got back from a trip to Cleveland to attend a concert and visit Rock Hall. The Good: The hotel is located only a short walk to not only Rock Hall but other downtown attractions. The front desk staff were very welcoming. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve visited. Very nice equipment! The rooms were clean although a bit dated, but that Heavenly bed! This is the reason we stay at Westin hotels. The Bad the restaurant was weird. We went for a late lunch around 3 and we had to rush to order bc they close the kitchen at that time. I can’t recall being at a hotel and not having access to food during the day. We weren’t allowed to sit at a table (forced to sit at the bar). There are no non-Mexican options aside from a Caesar salad. Also there were no robes in the room. The Ugly: the entire hotel wreaked of weed. I felt like they let a family of skunks check in for the weekend. It was pretty disgusting. Not at all what I expect when staying at a Westin.
