The hotel is dated, could use a refresher but it was fine, one bed in our room wasn’t attached or supported as when you layed on one side the mattress tilted to the floor, luckily we had two beds, having an EV charger on site was a bonus

The room was clean. I only chose the property because it was close to Deerhurst where my daughter's dance competition was being held. There was a musky and mildewy smell to the place. Parking was limited and parking spots were very tight. I will not stay there again. In spite of the property floors being renovated, it is still old. I only went to sleep. So I did not use the amenities.

The room was adequate but the Resort needs an update. Everything needs a good cleaning. Staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good but a gratuity was charged which I did not discover until checkout - annoying when I already paid a gratuity. The toilet was running and the shower drain was plugged. They were working on updating the Lobby.

Beautifully located resort, near the lake, surrounded by hills and forest. My cozy room had a breathtaking view on the lake and the hills. Very kind and supportive staff. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. A lot to do in the nearby town.
