Good stay

Overall it was a good stay. The breakfast was great and the people were vey friendly and accommodating. The only complaint I had was that the bathroom had a leaky tub and the toilet ran slow and finally did not work at all. They brought me a plunger.

The service was fine, and very prompt. The hotel could afford to upgrade their towels. The stay was fine even though they were doing maintenance on the third floor it was done only during normal working hours.

Ice Maker was not working. I was received a "Just checking in" text and informed them of the ice maker not working. Ice maker did not get fixed on second floor during my stay. Also when I left this morning, I requested a copy of my stay but the desk clerk stated I would get a copy of the bill by email instead. I still have not received a copy of my bill.

Rented two rooms, attending a wedding. Room one, the carpet was wet all the time, could only surmise maybe a/c was leaking under it. Wasn’t a deal breaker, we tried to avoid that area of the room. Room 2, the a/c never got above 72 degrees, we informed the front desk for three days, only to be told maintenance will look into it. We were never offered another room with a working a/c. Also, they do not change out towels and garbage daily you have to track down housekeeping for replacements or go to the front desk and ask for towels. None of the bathrooms Dispensers were filled, thank goodness I had backup from other hotel stays. Overall this place was a one and done. Staff was very nice.

We stayed the night during a road trip. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was great. We're both relatively picky when it comes to hotel breakfasts but there was a good variety of foods, hot and cold, and we were happy.
