Disappointing Mothers Day Stay

I booked the executive suite expecting it to have two rooms. When I arrived we were told we would receive the executive suite with one bedroom and sofa bed. The kicker is the room with one bedroom is the same price as if you have two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. I have booked this same room multiple times through hotels.com and never had it happen before. If the suite was lower price due to it not being the same size as the other executive suites it would have made total sense. I doubt I will ever stay there again but who cares business will go one without us.

The hotel is pretty nice, right next to a shopping center with plenty of restaurants to choose from. However, we didn’t get the room we made a reservation for (king size bed) and didn’t find out until we went into the room that it had 2 queen beds. (It was an “upgrade” to a suite, but we had no need for an extra room and would have preferred what we booked.) Beware of the shower, it’s scalding hot and can’t be turned to normal temperature. And there was no house keeping the full 2 days we stayed.

Only one complaint

Room and location was top tier! My only complaint was I had someone with an infant baby next door to me and was constantly woken up from them crying. Also, it was really loud in the hallways at night.

The location is really great, regarding restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The employees are mostly professional and helpful. I was frustrated with one thing. I wanted to "see" another style room to plan my next visit. However, I was unable to do so for a myriad of rules. I tried for 2 days, but got different reasons from different employees, which was very frustrating.
