The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and reasonably priced. Breakfast was fresh and varied. Checking in and out was hassle-free. Convenienty placed 5-8 minutes away from SFA(Stephen F. Austin) University. Nestled in beautiful pine wood forest. Even had guest WiFi.

Rhe fridge starting leaking so the carpet got wet. In addition, the wall plate was crooked where i can see inside the wall and the microwave had crusty tomato sauce and was filthy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility should be updated. The room looked clean, but was badly in need of a deep clean. Cobwebs behind the front door with hanging bugs. The bathroom door was filthy and the towel bins need to be wiped down.
