Very convenient. Clean, and with helpful staff. However, the in my room did not work, nor did the bedside low lights (so the only options were full lights or no light at all) and there were no plug sockets near the bed, only USB ports.

Easy check in and was ready much earlier than anticipated. Breakfast was so fresh and lots of choice. Room was spotless. Communal areas were lovely.

Breakfast was good although large dessert spoons for cereal was weird. Staff were great, helpful and friendly. Rather thin walls in the room lead to some noise from neighbours.

Small fee to get a shuttle from Stanstead to the hotel. Overall fairly smooth transition from airport to hotel. Staff was hospitable and the room was fresh and clean.
