Not good value for money

Window wouldn’t shut in the room and it’s on a busy street so noise from outside kept me up. The desk and shelf weren’t secured to the wall so couldn’t put anything on there as would wobble as if about to fall off with even just a mobile phone on. No bin in the room so unable to tidy after myself, hair dryer stunk of burning & no fan, ac or radiator so you have to either freeze or sweat to death depending on temperature. A really basic hotel and not worth £240 per night.

24th july roadworks began at 10pm right under our windows,the noise was horrendous, apparently IBIS were unaware that work was to take place& did send an email/ complaint, they apologised to us,Ibis itself all very nice,room staff,all good.

Lovely graduation stay

At ibis for sons PhD graduation had stayed here previously for visits. Ideal place for graduation as ceremony hall literally two mins walk away. Staff super friendly and welcoming. Yes does need some tlc and a refresh But clean and cheap and perfect for a night or two.
