Truthfully the staff seemed overworked and worn out. We picked the hotel because it had a pool and a workout room. Turns out the pool was out of service, and at check in she said you can cancel your reservation since you wanted a pool but I told her it was a little late for that since most hotels were full or had really gone up in Price by then. It should’ve been on the website because the pool repairs were not started yesterday. It was plain to see. The workout room was a little disgusting and the treadmills did not work. Breakfast was not very appetizing looking. Our bed was comfortable. Bath had some disgusting stains in it.

We had a very nice experience but the breakfast choices left a lot to be desired based on other locations we have stayed with. The room was very nice and convenient to the elevator for me. Staff was very friendly and helpful for both my daughter and I and my son who had his own room. He had an issue with the ac when we first got to the room but he managed to get it so it wasn’t a refrigerator. We can from Az so used to AC but that was like coming to Michigan in the winter.

Room was nice, staff was super friendly. Appreciated the complimentary soaps. A bit chaotic with some of the guests but nothing the hotel could do about a hundred kids going crazy. Appreciated the smoking area. Bed was comfortable but couch was not. Will have to get a two bed unit next time.
