The facilities and room were very clean. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The breakfast was very good and the lady who worked the breakfast area was friendly and hard-working. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue we had was with a broken luggage cart that should likely be removed for safety as one end is hanging off.

When we arrived at Wyngate the receptionist was very professional and explained that even though I checked in on line I still needed to register and show my ID and that was okay, she told me we were on the second floor in the Presidential Suite. When we entered the Suite we were surprised to find just one large room with the jetted tub in the middle of the entrance which was the only thing separating the living room from the bedroom. Immediately my daughter checks the sofa bed for bed bugs, due to her OCD issues, she finds what were mice droppings, I called the front desk to have staff come and check it out also, she asked what I wanted to do, I asked for a different room, she didn't have anymore rooms like ours so she did move us to a different room and a down grade. We were in a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed. The beds were hard but comfortable. The breakfast foods were good.

May need to update the bathroom in 108.

Overall look was okay. You could tell it was a bit dated. Room as far as beds and clean linens was good however the bathroom was in disrepair. There was some of the tub lifting up at the drain portion. My kids were having none of that as far as grabbing a nighttime shower. Pool area was ok but again dated. Felt like I was in the 90s. I wish I would’ve taken photos.

You need to stay here.

Amazing woman at the front desk who seemed to be doing much more than the front desk. Dry comfortable beds and a great breakfast every morning.

First impression of the hotel is a desk woman who struggled with speaking with English. Then it smells like weed and chlorine the whole walk to my room. When I finally get to my room it smells like cigarettes and looks like someone had already laid in the other bed. Not to mention there’s tape above a doorway with possible blood on it and other stains all throughout the hallway. Poor quality all around, outside seemed way more appealing than the inside of the hotel.

No housekeeping visits during multi day stay

We booked a three night stay and housekeeping did not enter the room at all during that time. We understand that many hotels ask you to reuse towels, etc but they typically empty trash cans and make beds even if they don’t change the sheets for multi night guests. Not here. Also, the chlorine smell from the indoor pool was overwhelming, leading to a pool closure while they rebalanced chemicals, which I understand but it took that option off my family’s vacation. Other than those things, the breakfast was good and the area was clean. The parking lot was well lit and felt safe. The staff was friendly.
