Well, the linens were clean. Location is great. This is the third time we have stayed here. The property has really gone downhill in three years. Where to start? Gnat infestation. The floor had not been vacuumed. The toilet seat and lid were detached. Pretty much every surface not just physically dirty but the whole place needs a complete remodel- Paint flooring trim. All of it. Will not be returning for sure. Yuck!

The property was in good shape and the room was very clean. We did not use the pool, hot tub or spa, but they looked to be in good shape. The breakfast was more limited than many hotels offer, and that was the only downside to this property. A good value for the stay.
