Easy access to downtown and the river front. Excellent free breakfast daily. Quiet location.

The refrigerator and ac units were making loud noises could not sleep. Notified the staff but don’t know if it was checked or not. Swimming pool and hot tub were nice though.

Brand new hotel that was able to accommodate us with a last minute change of plans. Friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast every morning. Great view of the river and fall colored trees in the distance. Overall great experience.

There is no transport to the airport before 7:00 a.m., which we counted on. However, we felt we could leave our car and order a cab. Long story, short,… NO. We didn’t have the right reservation. The person who checked us in, wasn’t helpful to us. Just kept telling us she couldn’t do something. I questioned the condition of the sheets, which were very wrinkled. Found two bugs crawling around the floor. Flush one then save the second one later and pointed it out to the person at the desk when we left. The bathroom floor wasn’t clean by anyone standards neither was the elevator floor. The covering on the elevator doors over the stainless steel was all peeling off. Years ago, we had stayed there for a trip and none of this was evident. There will never be another time we stay.
