Great location and very clean hotel!

Hotel was very clean! Rooms were comfortable but a little outdated. This all being said, we had a wonderful stay! Great location, in walking distance to the college and to downtown. Beautiful views!

Nice view of the waterway with a paved path leading a few blocks to the downtown area. Very nice setting. I was disappointed to find no USB charge ports in the room but fortunately I had chargers and there were available outlets. Had a non-functional card reader on the room door at checkin and needed to make two additional trips to the front desk to try to resolve it. The person staffing the front was helpful and pleasant though and she eventually sorted it out.

Passing through

Clean older hotel, It does back up to the river and they have decent sitting area to enjoy view. Room was decent for a one night stop. The only thing that was odd was the sink was right by the door when you walked in, big open space, queen bed was more towards the right.
