Unpleasant check in

Check in attendant was very rude and made us feel very unwelcome. He told us pool was open but it was actually closed for maintenance and the wrong timings for breakfast. Otherwise hotel is clean and comfy and breakfast is decent.

I stayed for 4 nights and the staff did not come clean my room even once. Trash was overflowinf, no replacement of toiletries... dirty towels were not replaced. For the amount they charge, they ought to do better. The elevators ranked of weed and the crowd gets pretty sketchy around the hotel at night

The only way hung I can say we were on the 3rd floor and who ever was staying on the 4th floor above us had kits jumping off the bed and running around and it was load down in our room but that was only one night.

Every thing was great only thing we would’ve liked to have access to that lobby TV. We wanted to watch a game and they already turned off the TV. We asked front desk and they said it was already shut off.

I only had 2 issues with the stay. One was no creamers available for the room or for the continental breakfast. Choice of that powdered creamer or 2% milk near the cereal. Went and bought 1/2 n 1/2 for the room only to find that the coffee pot didn’t work

Very average and not great value for money

Not what I would call value for money for what is a limited service hotel. Laundry not working so had to drive 6-7 minutes to a public laundromat. Breakfast offering very unappealing. Despite booking a room for a family of 4, there were only two sets of towels. But large room with comfortable beds and pillows.
