the hotel was quite nice, great bathroom, modern and clean, Feather pillows and the tv worked really well. Everything was fine except the staff at the front desk, all of them except one lady. It took forever to check in as they just seemed to stare at the screen, they did not seem fully versant in the English language, they had no idea of any places nearby, and hasselled me one night because my room key did not work. Wanted to see my ID, but the ID was locked in the room. I stayed there 5 nights and saw the front desk staff many times, yet they looked at me like I was an alien. NOT IMPRESSED! They should be fired or retrained. The bistro was fine, nothing fancy but the breakfasts were just fine, and the staff were friendly. It just seemed like one lady was doing everything. All in all, nice place, generally crappy front desk staff. Just my experience, maybe better next time.

I was very impressed! I arrived very late. The staff had turned my room light on and had turned on the ac. I walked into such treat after a very long day of driving. Clean, quiet and restful!! Kudos to this place!!

We liked the pool it didnt smell like chemicals.

Whiskey Lounge with great soft couches! That was fun with a really knowledgeable lady serving drinks. Rooms were very clean and this older hotel still looks and feels comfortable and quiet. It's not made of paper mache so you don't hear everyone next door or in the hallway.
