Everything about this Hotel was excellent. We had a 3 night stay in Innsbruck and this hotel was wonderful to stay at. I would highly recommend it they go above and beyond in their customer service. We loved our hotel room. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The only recommendation I have is that safe monitor the pool area a bit better to ensure that guests with children are not trying to bring their children into the pool area after 6:00 pm when it is only for adult use. The breakfast service was excellent, as well as the restaurant. I would definitely stay here again!

It was an extremely pleasant stay with very helpful and attentive personnel. The large room with sauna was really amazing and also the small terrace with a view to the mountains. The indoor and outdoor pools were very nice and all together the facilities are great. The breakfast was excellent and also the dinner option is very recommendable. Also worth to mention is the free parking at the hotel. The location is great for exploring the area. The area around the hotel is very quiet and maybe also more quiet in the summer compared to vinter. It will be delightful to return to this special place and nice hotel again in the future.

Great hotel find. Super friendly and helpful staff and management. Only downside was no pool but for a 3* we didnt expect one anyway!
