The nicest Best Western I’ve ever visited - and I’ve seen a few. Beautiful view from our 2nd floor room, through a very large window, onto the river. Quite a large and well-appointed room. A good TV with only Netflix as a major streaming service. The bed was comfortable but squeaky. The AC unit was easy to operate and relatively quiet. Limited and pretty mediocre coffee - 2 capsules each of caf & decaf. Excellent rain forest showerhead but if you’re over 6’ you’ll need to watch your head. We slept well in the quiet night. Everything was clean and seemed well run.

Quiet Exec king in east bldg, large, clean and very comfortable. Nice balcony with super views of river and bridge. Loved location on river and walkable to everything. Nice walking paths

We were able to check in a little early. When we got there the pool outside was pretty empty so we headed straight there. It was wonderful! The view of the water out our window on the patio was super nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Nothing out of the ordinary but it was good. Starbucks across the parking lot.

We live about 3 hours from here, we decided to book a room here meeting half way to the coast, which is quite a drive. We wanted to explore the dam and fish hatchery. Really nice rooms, pool and beautiful view of the columbia river. We hope to make this a tradition stopping here.

We have stayed at Best Western Plus over a dozen times. We have always booked though Expedia, but this time they gave us Mountain View instead of river view rooms. The staff told us it because of booking through Expedia but it was never our experience before. The housekeeping quality had declined over the passed years. The room was partially cleaned. None of the glassware were cleaned or exchanged nor the coffee / tea was replenished. The worst experience we have had at this location. It felt like a different management.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient for getting around, and the atmosphere was peaceful. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
