Very clean and very well maintained! Although the rooms are non smoking the people that stayed in the room previously must have not followed those rules as the room smelled strong of smoke once arriving. This was the only issue with our stay as everything else was great. Will stay again!

Sea Vista Motel is clean, pet-friendly, and the manager is wonderfully accommodating perfect for traveling with dogs. Rooms are very dated, but it’s a simple, no-frills stay by the beach.

Quiet and Lowkey Beach Getaway

Check-in was a bit confusing as we did not receive gate code ahead of time and it was an unexpected hurdle. Room was spacious and clean, no complaints and view cannot be beat. Porch/decks are huge, rooms are quiet, as were guests (and dogs). Beds were moderate, only complaint would be one was very noisy when turning over or getting up, and the pillows were pretty flat and only 4 total. Nothng would prevent us from staying here in the future. Fair Warning: Bring your own food supplies as options are beyond slim and delivery 60-75 minutes minimum.

Our favorite place to stay !

It's been our 4yrs coming in this motel and this is our favorite Motel and the beach the staffs goes out of theirways to make your stays the most pleasant! We always find our favorite Sand dollars and shark teeth( shhhh pls dont tell anyone!) The building maybe an old but always brings us lots of happy memories We will be looking forward to our next trips If you are looking for a nice and quiet place this is the one for you!

Room smelled of cat pee

My room absolutely reeked of cat pee to the point I developed a severe headache and couldn't even stay there, I wound up sleeping in a chair at family's who live nearby. I complained twice, the first time I was offered air freshener and the second time I was told they would refund me and am still waiting on that refund.

We stayed in the HMS which is the penthouse room. The best part was that we had privacy on our balcony as we drank coffee, listened to the waves and watched the dolphins each morning. The beach is not crowded and you can walk around the end of the island to the sound side as well. The room was clean and had a kitchen with everything you need. The bed was comfy. The people were so nice. I dropped a few things on my way out. They called me and mailed them back right away.

It was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Beach was not crowded at all. Left stuff out all day with no worries. Balcony right on the ocean. If you go here bring everything you will need as there are be stores or restaurants close. Loved this vacation!
