The morning of our arrival I received a call stating that the room I reserved was no longer available. There was another guest in that room… they stated they cannot ‘hold a room’ … but that is what a ‘reservation’ is supposed to do… I was not compensated for the inconvenience, my wife is pregnant and we had to deal with a smaller bed for the weekend. There is a hot breakfast, which was good. Staff seemed friendly. Pool was decent. Very unhappy with the reservation process as it essentially means nothing if someone comes in before you, they can take your room. Likely will never stay at a Ramada again because of this.

The price was amazing and the room was so nice. The king bed was in a room on its own and was super clean. I have a uv light that sees what is usually hidden. This was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever checked, including the top blankets and the toilet pedestal that is almost always scary to see. If you need clean this is your place
