Adequate for passing thru

The bathrooms in this property need updated urgently. The staff at check in and checkout was very efficient but not warm/cheery at all nor were they able to help with recommendations for dinner in the area.

It's a shame that the reviews were so bad for this property...of course, I hadn't checked them until AFTER I had reserved...but the reviews had made me somewhat nervous. I was relieved to find a room that was a little dated, but overall clean. Carpet stains were a bit of a turnoff, would be nice if the carpets were cleaner.

There was too much black mold in the bathroom. Pieces of mold coming from the ice maker. I let the front desk know, she marked it down but didn't say anything to me about it. No apology. Not a $100+ hotel stay for sure

The room smelled moldy.There was mold in the bathroom shower and ceiling. Had to request another room. Second room also had crumbling walls and mildew in the bathroom. Do not stay!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I wish I could give zero stars. The place was disgusting. Stains on every surface, smelled AWFUL in rooms and hallways, hair all over the bathroom. Towels had stains, room wasn't cleaned etc. There is a best western right across the highway that got good ratings, do yourself a favor and stay away. I wish I had thought to take pictures to upload.

Place was dirty very noisy with outdoor noise curtains didn’t fit properly to block out light AC did not work They must of given me the worst room in the place I guess that you are supposed to get when you book hotels.com stay away from this place if you want to sleep at night
