Great Beachside Hotel

Great pet friendly hotel. On the beach, with a great tiki bar and pool. Easy to walk to shopping, and parks, and restaurants. Perfect for a family vacation!

Our room was dated and showed obvious signs of wear and lack of upkeep. Basically, this hotel shines and impresses on the outside amenities and location. But the actual hotel inside and room is not impressive.

The Beach House looked much nicer online than in person. The place had the look of an old Holiday Inn that the owner's attempted to make just a bit more upscale, with limited success. Rooms were very basic, the pool felt dirty, and the beach bar was packed and noisy. And you had to pay to get a chair on the beach. I'm quite sure one can do much better in Hilton Head.

We stayed at the beach house resort for three nights. We were able to check in early and people at the registration desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was basic, but nicely decorated with the nautical theme The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping came in daily and provided clean towels and emptied the trash. Other services were available upon request. The service at the pool from Meg and Madison was wonderful. Food and drinks were very good from the deck.The Tiki hut was fun with daily music. The beach was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay in Hilton head.

The staff was great. The Tiki bar was great. The pool was great. The location was great. I will not stay there again because the bed was so uncomfortable! The carpet in the room was nasty and even sticky in places and the toilet was about 12” from the floor. Very dated. Not clean rooms.

Nice place to stay right on the beach

Food options are great and the tiki hut is definitely fun with music playing all the time. Our stay this time our room was so humid that everything in the room felt wet. we saw another room that had to get a fan. Not sure if all the units are getting worn out and can’t keep up with the heat or what but it was very hard to sleep like that. Other than that the bed itself was comfortable.

Really torn on whether or not I’d stay here again. The location is PERFECT! Walkable to so many things, the beach is your back yard, and the tiki hut is great to just grab a drink and listen to some music during the night, the property is just old and outdated. Definitely needs some updates to the interior, as some parts of the room are just old and rusty. Our bathtub also had draining issues which wasn’t fun when you’re trying to get sand off of you. The staff was also nice and friendly.
