Condition was Fair,. The refrigerator froze all the food up and down. The bed was great. Floor was dirty . There was no closet or clothes rack. Location was great. It was in the middle of all the restaurants, and motels as well as shopping.

Convenient for access to shopping and transportation needs.

This is an older motel with inside hallways. It seemed like there were long term residents, some with noisy children, when I arrived early in the evening, but it was quiet at night and I slept well. My door didn't lock at first one time in the evening, and when I left the next morning, it wouldn't lock at all (card key locks). Never had that happen before. I recommend the adjacent restaurant, Butler's, for breakfast and lunch (not open for dinner). and The Crew Family Restaurant (about a mile west) for dinner. There are fast food choices nearby as well,

It’s been a long time since I’ve rated a stay low. I always take time to look at ratings prior to booking. Surprised this location was a 9/10. It all started at check in, the two gentlemen working the desk were a bit odd to be working a front desk. They seemed a little out of it. They couldn’t figure out which rooms others have been booked into so they were going to rooms to check if anyone was in there already. They lost our paperwork and keys multiple times at the front desk while checking us in. The whole thing was strange. The room was a little worn down with a funk odor to it. We were just staying one night so figured we’d stick it out. The whole time wondering if someone would walk into our room since the front desk couldn’t figure out which rooms were booked… The morning we woke up to multiple dogs barking in an adjacent room from 6:30am to the time we left at 9:30am. If you’re going to allow pets in rooms, make the walls more sound proof and keep none pet rooms far from them.
