We loved the character of the property. It was literally the barn! Bed and shower was clean. However, the cobwebs and spiderwebs were everywhere!!! We had spiders crawling on us at night and in the bed. The windowsills and ceilings need a good cleaning. Set up was real cute and cozy. We literally did nothing! Just rested, relaxed and reconnected. It definitely did for us exactly what we were hoping for.

I don't like to bash a hotel but I do expect a clean room when I go somewhere, there were hairs from previous guests still on the linen and the restroom floor which was disgusting for my kids, the continental breakfast that was supposed to be provide was short of food , no cooked items such as eggs or bacon or anything only some waffles and some watered down orange juice, the pool was nice but apparently maintenance didn't show up that next morning to clean the pool so they weren't even going to bother opening it until we asked , the room had a terrible smell as well

Michael and Barbara are wonderful hosts. They prepared a wonderful breakfast for us each morning and also were able to recommend some things to do in the area. The room was comfy and cozy.
