Upon check-in, they downgraded my room, but did not tell me! They are allowed to switch room spec under Expedia T&C, but did not make me aware of this until I'd been in 2 very poorly-maintained inadequate rooms. Only then did they confess that they had a room of the spec that I'd booked available. Why didn't they give me that to start with? Why weren't they upfront? Why were the first 2 rooms so shabby?

Spotless room, great location, and an incredible rooftop — this place had it all. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout our stay, and the complimentary breakfast was a lovely bonus. The courtyard is a perfect spot to unwind. Already looking forward to coming back!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would book hers again.

This was a great hotel to stay at. It was a perfect location, view was great, staff extremely friendly and helpful and room was perfect . Would definitely stay here again.
