We couldn't travel on the dates we had booked for, had to move the reservation to two nights later in the same week. GUESS WHAT? NO REFUND OR TRANSFER OF THE RESERVATION. WE LOST A LOT OF MONEY. Pleaded with the hotel and hotels.com that they were special circumstances but they just kept passing the buck between them, blaming each other for being unable to issue a refund. I am dismayed and fed up with the whole experience, especially the buck passing. I will try to never stay in a Sokos hotel again.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and still had that new smell, which was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel was in a very convenient location. Breakfast was extremely good.

Highly recommended. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and peaceful, quiet rooms with incredibly comfortable beds. Wonderful breakfast buffet with vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.
