The staff were excellent! We needed documentation printed and scanned for a medical insurance claim and the staff were exceptional in their assistance. They even helped in calling and translating with local medical authorities.

Very secure hotel with pass cards but quite frequently cards didn't work so that was a pain.

Breakfast room very busy but just OK therefore only had twice despite in price for whole week.
Reception area of hotel very characterful and room very modern.

This is an older hotel in Kemi Finland. It has something of a '50's feel to it. That is not a negative comment, it is very well maintained, and the people on the staff were friendly and professional. It was clean and the free breakfast was excellent. I noticed that the local policemen also stop in for breakfast sometimes. The price for a night was fair, and I would stay there again if I was in the area.

Pretty big and busy hotel, but it's quiet and staff is helpful. Rooms were warm and underground parking added comfort during -30C degrees outside (although for additional fee, as is parking near hotel). Consider getting into Scandic loyalty program before, it gives some nice benefits.

Cozy little apartment with four single beds, kitchenette, washer/dryer, refrigerator, dish washer, and private sauna. Within walk-distance to restaurants, supermarket, and Levi ski resort. Plenty of parking space. Very close to Lapland Safaris office, with great convenience for Arctic activities. But no house keeping. It would be nice if there could be an extra set of fresh towels. Staff members were very friendly and always willing to help. We got some small problem fixed at 8pm, right after we reported it to the front desk. Hotel restaurant was great with a wide choice of dishes at reasonable prices.

Great value for money. Helpful staff. Easy to access Levi main town area via Gondola (pass included in hotel cost) or alternate bus options at night. Very comfortable beds and all services would expect in a snow area. Enjoyed the views from both sides.

It was OK. I had the "family room" which sleeps 4 in two twin beds and a bunk-bed. The room had a kitchenette with small refrigerator – which was very convenient. The Hotel is located very close to the ski slopes as well as to the town of Levi. The breakfast was adequate and the staff was helpful almost all the time. The one down side was the Spa's stipulation that men wear bathing trunks made out of "Speedo" material in the swimming pool areas – which did look very cool. I showed up with my Myrtle Beach swim trunks - which have a liner - and was told by the lifeguard (who was wearing a swimsuit very similar to mine) that I could not enter because my trunks had to be made of "Speedo" material. He did mention that I could rent appropriate trunks or buy one at the hotel store…but, not being an olympic swimmer, I thought it best to avoid that inappropriate Speedo look that we have all seen. So, I opted out and simply went skiing. Yeah…me in a Speedo…I don't think so. And renting a Speedo…yeah, again…I don't think so…that's just gross. I suppose I could have bought one - but spending a lot of cash to embarrass myself in a one-off swimming experience isn't going to happen. So, I headed to the slopes. So, if you do go to the pool/Spa, bring an appropriate suit or be prepared to buy one at Finnish prices!
