Staff courteous and helpful. Helped us turn down air conditioning. Hotel was clean but needs updating. It looks like they’re in process.lots of parking, close to dining. Toilet seat moved around easily. Breakfast was good but may want to separate bacon rather than serve in a big blob.

Staff was not pleasant, did not have an understanding of customer service, and were not very helpful when situations arose. Ultimately they came through with a favorable outcome, but the biggest issue for me was that they did not have a manager on site during evenings and weekends.

The property was easy to find and access from the highway and interstate. Check in went well with a nice staff member. Near restaurants and coffee shops and stores. Our room was clean and neat enough. The hallway, however was a disaster. There was trash and piles of linen/towels knee deep the length of the hallway. Looked like the days of hot sheeting in the oilfield. We found people hanging out/sleeping in their cars in the parking lot (for hours in the dark) and a group of guys smoking pot openly in the lot so you couldn’t avoid being exposed to it/them.

Avoid while under construction!!

The property was under construction. My kids wet heart broken that they could not use the pool. Construction started at 8 am everyday, even weekends disrupting sleep. Other guests had barking dogs and were slamming doors which woke us repeatedly. The in room refrigerator was incredibly loud, it sounded like the compressor was failing and disrupted my kids sleep. The blinds did not come even closer to blacking out the room. The pillows were all excessively firm. There was chipping and peeling paint in the bathroom. There was too much deferred maintenance to list. The staff member in charge of stocking breakfast items didn’t know what gluten-free meant, we were disappointed there were zero GF bread items offered. The line for checking in was long and slow. The staff seemed tired and overwhelmed from negative guest experiences.

Not sure

The room was good but the bathroom had mold on the ceiling above the shower head. The ceiling fan in the bathroom was inadequate for the bathroom that’s why I think there was mold. Would have tried to switch rooms but too tired.
