The room was clean and comfortable. No complaints about that. Our check in clerk when we arrived she was very friendly. The morning check out clerk he wasn’t very friendly or inviting. Very short and seemed a little inconvenienced. My biggest issue we had was after I filled out the “when will you be checking out” email i received. I chose 11 since our plans started later in the day. But around 9 some male employee without knocking or announcing “housekeeping” tried entering our room. Thank goodness we had the top door stop on or he would have got access to our room. It was very strange and freaked us all out. I’ve never had this happen before. He didn’t even say anything when we all asked who was there. Just kept opening other doors. Something that definitely needs to be addressed, we had 2 women and 1 child (girl) in the room. Getting ready for our day. Very scary for us to experience.

There was great potential - check in went fine, the room was clean and nicely set up, the popcorn was a nice little perk, but unfortunately we were placed in a room next door to loud guests who also had a whimpering, yapping puppy and/or dog. I went to the desk around 1:00 am and they offered to let us move to a different room, which we did at 1:20. There I was able to finally get a few hours of sleep. The people at the desk were very kind through all of this, and we appreciated the very good breakfast (especially since we didn’t arrive until 8:55, not realizing it ended at 9:00). This stay certainly had its issues, but the basic accommodations were very nice, and we would stay again.

Very noisy, street noise all night through the wall-mounted a/c, might as well have been a hole in the wall. No elevator, lugging heavy bags and up down the stairs. Not even a clothes closet in room — and no water in the room, either. Was supposed to stay four nights, checked out after the first night. Will never stay there again.

The fresh hot breakfast was wonderful. Also the front desk was able to solve my cable reception issue. The room was a little warm-ish (even for the middle of January in Montana), but I figure it was the room’s proximity to housekeeping.

Outside hotel..trash cans fulk and glass door upon entering look like havent bwen cleaned in years..but the inside room was clean and pretty nice.. it is an old building.. but staff are nice and friendly.. hot tub nice feature and cook for you breakfast..

I think it’s a poor buisness practice to secretly charge a credit card service fee without telling the customer. You only find out if you check your credit card transactions and by then you are miles from the motel.
