Just an average hotel with lots of need for tlc. Dirty carpets, amateur power strip for fridge and microwave. Windows are dirty covering a decent view to the north. Dust and leaves out front with awkward parking lot.The housekeeping was great, the facilities are out of date and need some refreshing. Breakfast was average Soa was closed with a wrinkled sign over some roped-off chairs. Pool was clean Staff was very nice. Property needs work

Very disappointed the hot tub was not open when it was a top reason I selected the hotel. Lots of stains and dents throughout the hotel. Online check in made check in quick but odd my identity wasn’t confirmed at check in. Desk staff was pleasant.

The hot tub/spa had just been serviced but had not been inspected for use, so our main plan for staying there was unavailable. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. Thought that we might enjoy a soak in the bath in the room, seems how the hot tub couldn't be used, but it might as well have been a walk in shower, as it was only deep enough to bathe a baby. Manager was very understanding and did offer us a reduced rate for our room, which was greatly appreciated.

The bathtub looked awful, needed to be replaced. The rug in the hallway needed to be replaced. The breakfast was not hot, biscuits and gravy were served cool both mornings.

So, so

Room is dated. The tile floor in bathroom is cracked and uneven, smelled like stale cigarette smoke, some of the furniture was dented and corners broke off. The beds and pillows were comfortable and linens were clean, but the floor had a sticky spot.
