Desperately needs Reno's

The staff were amazing. However the property is in bad shape. We didn't want to us the shower and the whole bathroom was iffy.

Its old out dated, all carpeting very dirty,Smells,Tile in our bathroom not attached to the Floor,for the price we payed,and for the City..we stayed on the wrong side of the tracks..!! In our town - This Same Hotel Is Really Nice..

Our room smelled like pee and mold. The exterior is not being maintained. Trash and weeds everywhere. The pool is so heavily chlorinated that it turned my daughter’s swimsuit from navy blue to bleached out pink. The front desk gals are very sweet. But the staff is constantly complaining aloud about their issues with working there and it is just skanky as all get out at this place.

Cost $309 per night. Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom (I have photos!) . Contacted the company and of course they didn’t answer back. Do not stay here. Disgusting. Not worth $100 let alone $300!

NIGHTMARE

First time stay. Not a good experience. Checked in hotel. It was almost 100 degrees outside. Turned on AC in room and went to watch Jeff Dunham at the Fair. Went back to hotel room immediately after, about 1.5 hours, expecting the room to be cool. NOPE! AC did not work, could not sleep. We had a long days trip planned the next day and this was a nightmare. Tried to call front desk and guess what, PHONE DID NOT WORK! So, went to front desk and informed staff on duty of the issue. The guy came in and even HE was shocked at what he discovered after lifting up the cover on AC. Filter matted down with lint. He attempted to wipe it off, said it was his 3rd day on the job, so not his fault, but even he said this is our maintenance responsibility and obviously they are not doing a very good job. He somehow found a fan and this is what we had to use, and we were thankful for that, Thanks. It helped a little, but the night was a nightmare. We all could not sleep until 3am, got up at 8am, with a 5 hour trip. NOT GOOD! Tried to ask for a different room, but DENIED, tried to ask for a refund, DENIED. The room was room 123. I just hope that nobody else had this issue. It's the principal of it and you all understand. We traveled 5 hours and we all expect things to be functioning properly at whatever hotel we stay, so I recommend if you stay here, to check out everything in the room before you settle in. AND hopefully management will address this issue and any other issues, in all rooms.

The staff was very nice, but the facility was dirty and there was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. Booked online and came to find out when we got there the hot tub was closed without notice which the kids were looking forward to.

Staff was excellent Obvious they were very limited on what they could fix.Pool was okay but cold. Had to switch rooms because they couldn't fix the toilet. Parking lot is small and hard to get in and out of. Trash was piled up in the corners of the parking lot. Property inside was sparkling clean but looked dated and worn.

This hotel is very old. The room wasn't as clean as it should be. There was garbage by the board along side of the bed., cherries and cherry pits. Looked to me to be black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The breakfast was ok. The phone cord had bare wires. We stayed two nights in room 109

Backed Up Sink, Never Fixed.

When we got to our room, I went to wash my hands in the bathroom sink. The sink's water backed up, and debris from inside the drain overflowed into the sink. I went and told the night desk clerk, and they said that they'd have maintenance fix it the next day. When we returned from visiting family the following evening, it was still backed up. I said something to the night clerk again, and again they said they'd have someone up the next day to fix it. Never happened. We checked in on a Tuesday and out on Saturday. In the 4 nights we were there, the bathroom sink was backed up. We won't stay there again.
