It is quaint, needs some upgrades and small repairs. Over all, a super cute place on the lake. Fireworks were great right from our balcony. (July 4th) Breakfast was great.

The staff at this hotel has exceeded my expectations, and is equal to any 4 or 5-star hotel I have stayed in. The grounds are beautiful and quiet, with nice views of the Lake or the mountains. All units have a back door and porch. Cons - signs of aging, no work desk, weak breakfasts, etc. The cons are is all out balanced by the Staff experience.

This place is old and tired. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything in the room next to you. The exterior needs a good cleaning too.

It might have been a great place at some point

I don’t know why this place has such great reviews. The front desk was friendly. They seem understaffed. When I checked in, I realized my toilet wouldn’t flush. My options were use a plunger throughout the duration of my stay, or change rooms. I changed rooms & the new bathroom had hair all over the floor & the toilet bowl was stained. Breakfast was unappetizing. Basically, food out of a vending machine.

Nice place

Amazing views from this hotel. Highly recommend. Staff was all very friendly and courteous. Room was clean and loved the location of the hotel. Plan on coming back in the fall.

Lodge is in a great area, staff was friendly & courteous.. I reserved 2 rooms and both were very musty damp and dark..beds were old and lumpy..had views from the back patio off our hotel rooms but had too many webs and spiders to even consider it..we stayed away as long as possible just to avoid being in them except for sleeping & showering.. won’t stay there again.
