This place was comedically disgusting and dilapidated. The property exterior looked like a broken down trailer park. Dirty, broken down, and most importantly: UNSAFE . When I checked in, I saw multiple signs posted that all were immediate red flags "$100 fer for missing t.v. cables" " Continental breakfast closed, due to contamination" And others that were equally suspect. I got to my room and immediately regretted walking in. - Graffiti was on the wall in the bathroom (The word "ASS") - Furniture was broken. ( The desk table was about to fall apart, as well as both of them only two lamps for lighting). A fabric sofa been left outside on the balcony and was now dry rotted and stained from being left out. Ironboard and closet was broken. - The worst and absolute nastiest part of this stay, were the BUGS !!! The bugs (beetles) managed to crawl on every surface of this room except for inside the fridge and the microwave. -NO HYPERBOLE- . Staying in the room was a non-stop game of bug wack-a-mole. (When I was showering, when I was trying to eat, and WHEN I WAS TRYING TO SLEEP TOO!!!!!) If you could envision a busted down Motel room you'd see in a comedy movie.....THIS PLACE WAS IT!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! YOU'D LITERALLY BE BETTER OFF CAMPING!!!

They had roaches!!!!! Everything is out dated!!! No restaurant on site No shuttle Only good thing was customer service! Hotels.com, you should do your part too and keep up to date on the amenities you state these hotels offer. If there is no shuttle take it off your site as well as the restaurant for this location.

I booked twice at this hotel the first time was 5 nights. My first check check was semi ok, the room given to me was in a terrible location near the back entrance where sketchy people hung out and the door to the room looked as thought it had tried to be broken into. When I complained my room was switch to a room that seems to be one of the “nicer rooms” closer to the main lobby for safety issues I guess. However, I need led to extend my stay and for that I was given a hard time about. I did check in with my black lab and paid pet fees but was asked to check out 1 day after I had exentes the stay for 5 more nights. I kept getting complaints about my dogs barking- I was accused of having 3-4 dogs in which only one dog stayed and another dog visited (7lb toy dog). The front desk lady was extremely rude and be accusatory so I was forced to check out at 10:36pm, they are pet friendly yet complained about my dogs barking. Mean while the hotel is surrounded by addicts, dealers and sketchy workers. One worker even informed residents that I was staying there alone but yet they are concerned about dogs barking at a “pet friendly hotel”.

My first assigned room was in the middle of renovation. The second already had guests in it. If the woman at front desk was doing her job rather than interacting with children on a camera it would have taken less than the hour it did. Plus hotel smelled!
The hardware was off the walls, no shower curtain... this room obviously shouldn't have been available.

The staff is rude with the exception of one and I can’t remember her name. It’s a “pet friendly” hotel but they complained about my little dog and my senior lab but they didn’t mind the junkies and drug dealers breaking the doors nor the staff telling your other travelers that you are staying by yourself. Overall terrible!!!! It’s dirty and unsafe

This property should be condemned. Bug infested, no working smoke alarms, no lights in bathroom, duct tape holding shower curtain up. Absolutely disgusting and did not end up staying. This owner should be ashamed of themselves for offer such uninhabitable conditions.

Nasty bathroom

When we checked in got to our room went into the bathroom and it was crawling with roaches. I went to the front desk asked for another and was told none available. So i asked for house keeper to clean the bathroom at least and it was not done. If not so late and a no refund policy i was kinda stuck.

There were bugs in the room, the mini fridge was broken, the air conditioners didn’t work properly, was told the king suite I reserved would have a jet tub and it did not only a standing shower, no breakfast offered. There was 3 of us and only 2 sets of towels were provided even after asking for an additional set and personally leaving a note for housekeeping.

The room was dirty, the walls were broken, cokcroaches were everywhere, and the windows were unlocked. The beds were covered in dust, and there was mold in the bathroom ceiling. The entire hallway and outside smelled strongly of marijuana. I wouldn't recommended it to anyone.

I'm not very picky person when it comes to staying hotels. But my room had not been cleaned very well since there was some money on the floor as well as an old cigarette butt. There's also lots of little bugs which may or may not be cockroaches in the bathroom. Not a place I'll be going back to.

BUGS IN ROOM

First they tried to put us in a room with 2 queen beds when we booked a king room. Then none of the remotes worked to the tv's in the room. They did get one to work. Then this morning when i got up there were BUGS in the room. I was able to kill one and have a picture and also put it in a plastic bag. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Also when we went to check out there was a person sleeping under a chair on the landing in main lobby to second floor. Even with the person was at the desk right below them. Not a sight you want to see.

I booked a room at the Roadway Inn in East Windsor, Connecticut for $70 a night only because my friends were staying there and I didn’t do enough research beforehand. I thought it would be cool to stay in a room with a Jacuzzi, but after seeing the condition of this place, there’s no dollar amount you could pay me to even go near that Jacuzzi. I’m honestly assuming unspeakable things have taken place there. From the moment I walked in, it was clear the room was a nightmare. There were bugs crawling around, the mattress was covered in large red-brown stains, and the floors were sticky. Half of the electronics—including lights—didn’t work. The AC didn’t work properly either, and the longer it ran the more it sounded like it was breaking down. The walls and ceiling tiles had holes in them, some literally stuffed with paper towels, and the bathroom area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained in years. When I went down to complain, the front desk clerk was actually nice and immediately gave me a full refund. But the way it happened made it feel like this was routine — like it definitely wasn’t his first time hearing someone say the room was disgusting. This was hands down the dirtiest, most neglected hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. It felt unsafe and unhygienic—like a place no one should be staying overnight. If you’re considering this hotel, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else, even if it costs more.
