I would stay again!

I travel often and stay on nice hotels. I was cautious due to mixed reviews; however, the hotel was clean, grounds were clean, staff were friendly, and they accommodated our dog which was the primary reason we stayed as it’s difficult to find a dog-friendly property. I was pleasantly surprised, and would stay here again.

After our Wethersfield disaster we drove right to the Glastonbury Hilton Garden. I registered at about 10:30am. The staff was excellent. I asked if we could get into the room early and was told you can have access to your room right now. Which we did and had a great stay

I did not appreciate that we were provided with 2 bottles of water that we were told that we would have to pay for if we drank them. If we were silver, gold or platinum members we would have been provided them for free. We were "blue" members so the water was not complimentary. When we stay at comparable Marriott properties, the 2 bottles of water in the room are complimentary.
