I never was able to check in. The owner/manager was screaming and cursing in the lobby at a guest they would not let check in who was NOT responding in kind with bad behavior. They were on the phone with the prospective guests work supervisor who was also quite angry—but the owner/mgr was much worse. I was trying to check in and could not even hear the front desk clerk question. I said loudly, “I am sorry—I can’t even hear you because your manager is yelling so loud, it’s awful.” He quieted, told the gentleman to leave and hung up the phone. I was asked for ID I showed my passport. The owner/mgr. came behind the reception. The clerk asked me for an ID with an address. I said I booked through Expedia and that usually use my passport as ID. The owner jumped in and said you are paying here. I said I understand, but usually passport is okay. As I extended my license—he said you are terrible. I said no, actually you have been terrible since I walked in here. He said you ate ugly. You need to go look in the mirror to see what I see. I just looked at him and shook my head and chuckled-astounded. He said you get out—you’re not staying here. I said-are you serious. He said yes. I said that’s fine. It’s certainly best. I looked at the two front desk clerks who mutely looked with fixed glazes straight ahead. Not shocked—just stoney. This was NOT new behavior I left. And now have to ask for a refund as my credit card shows one night charge pending. Premises shouldn’t be on Expedia.

Complete lack of standards.

You have an idea whats in store from the street. All the over grown grass and garbage in the parking lot was just preview for what was to come. The lobby, was filthy. The elevators, filthy. The hallway to our room? You guessed it, filthy. Unfortunately, the theme continued into the actual room. The first thing greeting us was a dead roach on the bathroom floor. Hair and odd stains in the bed. Bizzare colored stains on the carpet. We went to the front desk to report the conditions. While Patel was very kind and seemed to take our concerns seriously, it was lip service. When we came back, the room hadn't been touched. How did we know? The same dead roach was still in the same spot. After reporting it again, we waited outside for the room to be cleaned the the linens changed. More lip service. They just vacumed up the roach and half way vacumed. That was night one. Night two? We come back to our room to find the open and things a bit out of place. Reported to front desk and we got more lip service. I get this isnt Ceasars Palace, but I still expect for the money I spent for basic cleanliness and hygine standards to be followed. We slept on top of the beds because we couldn't trust the sheets were clean! There was still hair all over the sheets! Very nice staff, but I couldnt call them hard working. Pool was closed since Nov 2024 by a health inspector. Going forward, I will be very wary of Comfort inn. Then need to shut this place down for a month for cleaning and staff training.

I'm still trying to get ahold of someone for my refund. This hotel was disgusting. I cannot get in contact with Expedia over the phone, just like nobody answered me when I called the Comfort Inn.

The curb appeal was terrible. Looked almost as if abandoned. First floor side exit door window was bust. We were told the homeless like to mess around and throw things at the door. That corridor was locked at the doors to the lobby by a padlock. Shower was broke. Dirty washcloth hanging in the shower. When asked for another room they asked if they needed to send housekeeping to my room after I have been there for several hours. Next room shower was not sealed and sprayed the wall but at least operated. Although the tub did not drain. And there was no smoke detector.

Definitely don’t recommend!

The hotels is not in a great area first. It smelled horrible. Had staines all over the bathroom wall. The ceiling had water marks everywhere. Found beer cans under the bed. Pretty nasty. Was going for a golf ⛳️ trip and had to bring my clubs in cause I did not trust area. Probably 20 cameras.

This was by far the worst comfort inn we have ever stayed in. Our room had a terrible odor. The hair dryer didn't work, the room phone didn't work. The hotel ATM was out of order. Breakfast was a complete joke. Hardly any choices at all. Juice was all gone, meat served only 1 out of 3 days. Eggs were tasteless. Yogurt was gone by 9:00 am. They had a toaster but no bread. The husband and wife sat in the dining room and if we asked for something they just said "no". The outside of the place was terrible and needed mowing. The grass and weeds were tall and unkept. The indoor pool was roped off due to the state not allowing entrance but the owner said it was fine to swim in. All in all I urge you to stay somewhere else. It was a terrible experience to say the least.
