Maureen the manager has an attitude and is very unhelpful.

We had a blast! It was fun to see the studios (from the outside) and learn about the stage building industry. The staff was very helpful, prices at the restaurant were reasonable, the pool and hot tub were clean and good sized. Rooms were clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay. Only one mile from cute downtown Lititz. Would stay again.

We arrived late in the evening (past child's bedtime). The rooms we were given were the worst I've ever stayed in. We were on the second story of a three story building. The ceiling was massively water stained, the ceiling popcorn pattern had fallen down in multiple places and had loose edges. The refrigerators were warm with free standing water. The shower grab bars were loose with rusty screws sticking out and the one grab bar fell out when used almost causing a fall in the shower. It was late at night (after 8 by the time we got food and returned). No one was at the front desk to discuss the rooms so we used them (see above). Food was basic- no fruit. There is a food pantry to purchase snacks which was nice. I asked the front desk who to discuss rooms with (as no one was at front desk when we came down after seeing the rooms the night before) and was given the la quinta email. I sent an email Expressing my concerns about the rooms we were given and the health/safety concerns. I asked for some compensation as the room was not as advertised and we overpaid for the accommodations (photos were included of the room's shape) and asking what would be done to ensure no other family's would have the same experience. It has been 5 days and no response. So we wanted others to hear about our experience.
