They keys to the room just stopped working. We had to ask for new keys 8 times in the 2 nights we stayed. One time it was late and the receptionist decided to disappear for 45 minutes. I finally knocked on the office door where she was on a personal call and started yelling at me saying she was just out there and I said no. We’ve been sitting here for well over half an hour and you haven’t come out once. Then continue to yell and degrade me telling me she doesn’t care and call her manager. There was also another family sitting there waiting for her because their keys also stopped working.m. Would not stay there again

In room hot tub was delightful. Staff was very active with a wide variety of housekeeping tasks. Front desk staff asked to be notified with any needs...we found none. Plenty of parking. Neighboring properties seem less welcoming than hotel. Don't let this dissuade you from staying. Plenty of food options along a nearby cross street. Easy access to Hershey attractions without getting back on interstate.
