The air conditioner in the room didn't work well. The toilet wouldn't stop running water unless you jiggled the handle a bunch of times. Drury Inn & Suites Knoxville West
My daughter and I stayed on our way to N.C. and then on our way home we stayed again. Excellent is the best way to say how our stay was. The room and beds were perfect the dinning was great I will always stay in a Drury Inn no matter where I go.

The hotel was clean and the staff got us checked in quickly. The rooms were clean and we were greeted warmly as we entered the room. The staff was attentive to our needs. The breakfast menu was diverse, with options for every diet.
