Clean room, paid breakfast, front office staff very efficient, very limited items even in paid breakfast section.check in time 4 pm and check out 11 am.

Just returned from a several-day stay at the Wolfeboro Inn. It was absolutely delightful! Clearly an older establishment, but well-maintained and very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. Very welcoming! Sweet location right on the lake & close to the lovely downtown - so pretty! Extra kudos also to the tavern…the food is excellent at great prices! 👏🤗👏

Lovely property. Very well maintained and taken care of. The option of pool or beach is a plus. Although we didn’t utilize the activities available each day.. it seemed very family friendly. Definitely will be back but hopefully reserve a bigger room or suite. Charming outdoor seating on the huge lawn but mostly in the sun. An indoor lobby with some comfy seating would be great.

We had two amazing stays at Docent 178 and Docent 121. Beautiful apartments situated in the heart of Old Port, Portland. You are in walking distance to some of the best food found in Maine. The staff were also incredibly helpful and one text message away. Maine in the summer is expensive, but if you are going to spend on hotels anyway, might as well do it with Docent!

Rooms are okay, but the location and staff are terrific.
