Ended going to a different condominium because supposedly the one we had rented was not clean so they gave us a totally different one and was horrible nothing compared to the one i paid for.

room had a musty odor, patio door was screwed shut. The property was in bad need of a lot of fixes to the pool and spa areas, missing tiles and cracked pool surfaces. Trash on grounds. One pool had 3 drunk people with beer cans floating around and what looked like a turd. Gross! Good thing there are 3 pools and spas.

this condo was clean but barely equipped with necessities. There were no carpets or mats on the floors so had to use towels especially in the shower areas for slippery floors. Couch looked very worn. Dining table legs were wobbly. Refrigerator does not have ice or water (they did provide ice trays). There are only two small hand towels in the kitchen. The beach view was spectacular and the grounds are kept very nicely and the staff are super friendly. Overall it was a nice stay.

The rooms were in good condition. However we noticed several roaches. Place needs to be fumigated. Showed need a deeper cleaning as well. Other than that it’s a nice condo with a beautiful ocean view.
