The room was quiet, very plain & a bit outdated, but had the microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, good TV, & other perks. It could use some insect extermination as their were a few ants in the big window & the shower, & 2 crawling bugs on the floor. The staff were very nice & welcoming. Don't expect anything fancy, but for the price, it is well worth it.

Nail trimmings found on one of the beds, middle bedroom smelled like urine, fridge and freezer were not working upon arrival (was fixed the following day), downstairs toilet was not functioning properly, and was ghosted by host mid stay. Parking was also an issue due to significant road construction but that was not the host’s fault. Beach was close and within walking distance but will not be staying there again.

We had another amazing stay at Margaritaville South Padre Island! We love it so much that staying here has become a family tradition. The recent renovations have made the resort even more beautiful, and we were so impressed with how everything looked. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing while making unforgettable family memories. Every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. I also want to give a huge thank you to Expedia for making the booking process so easy and stress-free. Everything was simple, organized, and exactly as expected, which made planning our trip effortless. After such a great experience, we'll definitely continue using Expedia to plan all of our future vacations. Thank you for helping make another family trip so special!

Everything was wonderful!

The room was great it’s exactly what we wanted for two people there is a nice pull out couch but it wasn’t needed. The balcony was nice the pool here is really big and the fact that there is a adult jacuzzi and a family jacuzzi is top tier you can bbq all day long have drinks by the pool with tons of space. A big reason the trip was so great was the Host Criss check in was a breeze got all the details for check in days in advance and was in communication throughout our stay if we needed anything and got emailed the details for the checkout it was so smooth and easy we can’t wait to come back we hope we can get room 409 again.

First, check in was extremely confusing.l and annoying. You have to check in at the bar in the back, with the bartender, who is busy helping 6 other people at the bar by themselves. HIRE A DEDICATED FRONT DESK! Second, we booked a 2 queen family suite with a couch. We were given a one king small room with no door handle and no way to lock from the outside. They moved us to a two queen, but no couch, the shower didn’t work in that room and they had no other rooms available. THANK GOD FOR ED!!!! The best part of our 7 hours here was Ed, who deserves a huge raise and/or promotion. Ed was working the bar by himself (see earlier comment about hiring more staff) and he did EVERYTHING in his power to help us. He tried to fix the issue by himself because engineers never came, when he couldn’t he stayed late trying to figure out what to do. The problem is neither General Manager was answering his call (shame on you for leaving one person alone and not picking up for an urgent issue). Eventually two engineers from a sister property came by but couldn’t fix the issue and we were ultimately moved to a different hotel. Overall, I will actively recommend friends and family AVOID Coco Beach Hotel, but I would hire Ed in a heartbeat. He has a true hospitality mindset. THANK YOU ED!!!

this condo was clean but barely equipped with necessities. There were no carpets or mats on the floors so had to use towels especially in the shower areas for slippery floors. Couch looked very worn. Dining table legs were wobbly. Refrigerator does not have ice or water (they did provide ice trays). There are only two small hand towels in the kitchen. The beach view was spectacular and the grounds are kept very nicely and the staff are super friendly. Overall it was a nice stay.
