I don't know if they have a cleaning room service or if i have to ask for a room cleaning service

Nail trimmings found on one of the beds, middle bedroom smelled like urine, fridge and freezer were not working upon arrival (was fixed the following day), downstairs toilet was not functioning properly, and was ghosted by host mid stay. Parking was also an issue due to significant road construction but that was not the host’s fault. Beach was close and within walking distance but will not be staying there again.

The room was clean, cool, and dark. The beds comfortable. There were 3 pools, none remarkable in size and deepest it went was 3 ft. Another one of their listed amenities is an arcade, which isn't included in cost of the hotel and is pretty pricey to play the games. They only have activities over the weekend which sucks because we were there Sunday-Tuesday. The hotel restaurant was the worst part. We had to sit down and order breakfast and the first morning it took over half an hour to get our food, which we received cold and hard to eat. The order was messed up and one of our meals looked like it was given to a different table and I had to clarify multiple times what we had ordered to receive the food. On top of that, we ate dinner there one of the nights and while the food tasted fresh, it took a long time to be served, the waitress seemed confused and the portion sizes were small. Honestly the convenience to the beach can be found elsewhere and I'd have rather stayed somewhere else for cheaper because there was really no benefit to staying at the holiday inn resort over a different hotel.
