I booked a king room and when I got there they gave me another room which was a double queen because they was out of king rooms. That was the first thing the second was we couldn't even sleep on one of the beds because the sheets was nasty and dirty and the icing on the cake was there was roaches in our room the stay was horrible

I found this hotel last minute after a long hard day of driving 10 hours to come pick up my college freshman from her first year of college. My day was met with lots of obstacles but I was so happy to have found this hotel. Easy check in, nice staff and no issues with booking.

Everything was good.

Room had 3 lamps and only 1 worked.This was the only light the room. Also only 1 outlet worked. The breakfast was bad, milk was sour. Room smelled bad and bed hard. Stay any where but here.

We booked a room approximately a month before our stay.i called the hotel the day of check in and was told they oversold the property and I no longer had a room/reservation. My family of five was left without a reservation or room at candlewood
