The pool wasn’t heated and the hot tub didn’t work. The door to our room was broken and the tv didn’t work. They gave us a new room, but the mattress was gross and stained.

There weren’t any outlets to charge your devices unless you pulled out the beds. Room was too close to lobby. People checking in were noisy.
