Rooms weren’t clean and hair to wait until 6:45 to check in.

Clean hotel, modern, great big room and bathroom. Would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and I stayed at the Cottonwood Louisville Hotel for the weekend, and overall we had a nice stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very nice and welcoming. My only wish was that there were more restaurants within walking distance, but besides that, everything was good. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

Everything was great during our visit. The only tarnish was breakfast service was slow. But great location and wonderful hotel.

The Villa Resort is a 45 year old time share facility. The appliances are the newest thing in the room. The bed needs to be replaced, my back hurts after two nights on that bed. The furniture needs updating because it is uncomfortable. I weight 260 Lbs and I sank when I sat down. By staying @ the Villa you have access to the French Lick resort facilities. The Villa has a nice pool, hot tub and gym.
