This beautiful hotel is in a prime location within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, markets and train street to make a few. The staff are gracious and friendly and go out of their way to meet any requests or needs you may have. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel great staff great location.

Booked for 10 nights and loved it . All staff were amazing and so accommodating. We actually downgraded before arriving and when we got there we wanted the upgraded room for more space. Was able to book the larger room for part of the time at a much reduced price than found here. Will be reviewing all our bookings through third party from now on .

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Vietnam. It's well designed for travelers: the room has very modern features for frequent travelers, super clean everywhere, the breakfast is outstanding, the pool has a great view of a city, it's very safe and excellent for solo travelers - specially women. Most of all, the staff helped me find all the things a traveler needs when they arrive including a bag with a international ATM, directions to all sorts of places, and help getting ground transportation to my next hotel. You will enjoy Hanoi from this hotel.

Amazing staff, great breakfast, very clean, and good location. Be aware this is in a very busy area and best suited for those accustomed to lots of activity. Inside the hotel was relaxing but once you step outdoors it's pretty crazy!

Fab hotel in the centre of Hanoi

We returned back to this hotel for another couple of days and this time had one of the nicer rooms on floor 10. The staff are approachable and friendly. The room we had was fantastic (1002), lots of room and a great bathroom.

Staff are very kind and helpful, always greeting you as you walk past, opening the door, giving restaurant recommendations, arranged very cheap airport transfer 250,000 (cheaper than Grab). Thank you for the red wine gift and hand written welcome card on arrival, very sweet :) The rooftop pool is nice if you're alone. Its awkward if other guests are relaxing on the seats because the area is so small. Breakfast area and options were small but delicious and adequate. The suite with the round bed is a fabulous room with a big balcony, great view of the city, bath tab and comfortable bed. Good location - short walk to Train Street and the lake. There is noise at night past midnight when we stayed on the weekend (people and traffic) however its not too bad

The staff (Jenny) did an amazing job keeping us comfortable during Typhoon Yagi. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet offered tasty choices for both western and eastern palates.
