Excellent choice with the old quarter of Hanoi

Third time staying here, cannot fault it. Walking distance to most attractions within the old quarter. Extremely helpful team from front desk to catering staff. Highly recommended.

Friendly and truly helpful staff from doorman, front of house team to upstairs kitchen and bar staff. Clean and tidy overall. Conveniently located and walkable to most of the attractions the city has to offer.

We loved our stay at the Rex Hotel , the staff went above and beyond to help us navigate our first trip to Vietnam . It’s a very outdated hotel however the staff are excellent. Location is great. The coffee lattes cappuccinos are amazing but you have to pay for them seperately. They are not included with breakfast which is strange.

It's not the luxurious experience you think you're paying for. The first room reakesnof dust and humidity, with con webs and dust clusters all around the room. Second room they kindly gave us was okay, but so small, with a mattress you'd expect from a hotel half the price. The staff was super nice and helpful.

The front desk was absolutely amazing. I’m so sorry. I don’t remember her name, but she was super helpful and helping me get a Grab ride, giving me directions to the best shopping and so much more everybody there, the entire staff was really great. I would highly recommend this hotel.
