Great location with easy and close access to Hoàn Kiếm Lake, shopping and attractions in the Old Quarter. Besides the great location, we enjoyed our stay because the hotel was quiet and comfortable. One aspect that should be highlighted is the level of service. Carlos and Amelinda, along with the rest of the team, took great care of us, always attentive and willing to offer any assistance. The onsite restaurant and breakfast was a great perk, along with the rooftop bar. Looking forward to our next visit. thanks!

Right in the heart of the old quarter the incredible staff make you feel right at home from the moment you enter to the moment you leave the hotel. Excellent breakfast again with excellent staff.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Du Lac, the room was perfect, breakfast was lovely and the staff were really nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond, including providing a room to shower and change in after we'd checked out and helping with booking trqnsport. Would strongly recommend.

The staff and management were helpful from day one, offering suggestions for activities in addition to what I already planned. They provided a welcoming environment and even allowed us to store our luggage while on a halong bay cruise since we were going to stay there again when we returned. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the old quarter of Hanoi.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful and made it standout as the best service we had on our trip. Super friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Ammelina working the breakfast service (which was the best breakfast we had on our trip). She provided excellent service and so friendly! Also, Chloe on our checkout. Lovely lady and we appreciated the departure gift. A minor complaint…the room seemed a little cramped and not much vanity in the bathroom for toiletries but given their high level of service, we would stay again if we are ever back in Hanoi.

Great Place To Stay In Hanoi

Five night stay. Very well located in the Old Quarter. Short walk to the lake. Excellent value for money. Polite, friendly, highly attentive, and responsive staff. High standard of customer service. Great buffet breakfast, with daily changes to the menu. Comfortable bed. On-site spa treatments. Would stay here again.

What a wonderful hotel. I wish I could give the staff here 10 stars. Everyone was so considerate and helpful most spoke English very well and were quick to offer assistance and suggestions. The rooms are on the small side but quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of Vietnamese and western choices. The location is perfect only 2 blocks from the lake with easy access to shopping of all levels. Wonderful stay
