Great location (but no gym)

Lovely place to explore Hanoi from! Vivian and her team were consistently so friendly and helpful and really made our stay special. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Old Quarter. Just note that there is no gym at this hotel despite there being a picture of one in the hotels.com listing.

The staff here are the absolute BEST, without a doubt. Vivian and Ryan at the front desk are absolute sweethearts, and I truly hope I get to see them the next time I come back to Hanoi. Phương Anh went above and beyond to ensure my breakfasts were always great. They absolutely made my stay here worth it. The room was very clean, though trying to turn off all of the lights was certainly a mission, and there was no hot water on day 1, however this was a one-time issue. Other than that, my stay here was one of the best out of my entire 2 months of traveling!

Upon arrival at Victor Gallery hotel & spa, we booked Ha Long Bay 2 day 1 night tour + Sapa 3 day 2 - night tour was good promotion and excellent service. The Ha Long Bay cruise offered breathtaking views, while the Sapa tour featured stunning landscapes and local culture. Both experiences were well-organized, making our trip memorable and enjoyable. The hotel’s hospitality added to the overall satisfaction of our journey. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a perfect retreat after full days of sightseeing. We particularly appreciated the helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist with our needs. Overall, Victor Gallery Hotel & Spa exceeded our expectations.
