The location of the hotel is very good, all major tourist points are walkable. The staff of the hotel was very very courteous and helpful. They went over and above to help you with any of transportation or room needs. Would like to highlight and appreciate two staff for their excellent customer service - Celine, helped us to get the best transportation deals for visits even after we checked out from hotel. Celine ensured the driver and van was available on time and managed language barrier we faced with driver. Dave - helped to safely keep a electronic device which we left behind and kept it safely until we were able to collect it back. Thank you both.

The location is great but the staff make this hotel excellent, Celine and all the staff go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect, she arranged our travel to the next area and kept our luggage so we didn’t have to take it. 10/10 fantastic
