The photos of the property did not represent the stay , the staff were amazing though the Vietnamese people are amazing , the train line is close by and noisey. We decided to walk around and find a hotel we could see the room and understand the location and checked out early. No exaust fan in the bathroom always wet and damp. I didn’t want to leave a review but Expedia keep sending me reminders. Sorry 😞

The staff are eager to go out of their way to assist, advise on tours, make visitors comfortable. The hotel is clean and the sheets are changed daily without the necessity of reminders. Close to shopping and dining. A great place to stay

The best Boutique Hotel experience

Im a Retired Australian Businessman and Ive lived many years in 7 countries. I guess I would qualify to make an open opinion on a hotel particularly in Vietnam. I stayed in over 30 hotels in Vietnam ranging from 2 to 4 stars over a 6 year visiting this wonderful country and the Vietnamese people. If anyone offers one negative word about this Boutique old style typical hotel in Vietnam. Its clean its comfortable location in Hanoi Centre is excellent the friendly staff and helpful assistance I experienced in my 5 days stay was truly special. All speak good English and can arrange anything tours or knowledge of the city. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had the pleasure of being part of. Its typical old style hotel which I prefer to a large modern hotel. They have great character Shower was great Tv etc very good
