The Hotel pictures in Expedia are not updated, the Hotel furnitures are scratches and old, I found a long black hair on my sheets, the mattress was hard, not comfortable, breakfast is served at another nearby hotel, approximately one block away, when I arrived late at night to check in, the hotel lobby had 3-4 motorcycle stored inside the hotel lobby, please do not go to that hotel, the drains were clogged, the water did not drain from the sink or the shower, also the bathroom smelled like a rotten septic tank, I only slept one night and had to rebook the next day for another hotel, after claiming my refund through Expedia, I had 5 days of reservation at that hotel, they only returned me 50%

We had the first night in a smallish room, but were upgraded on our return from a night away in Ha Long Bay. This room overlooked the street :) and felt luxurious - spacious and well appointed (air conditioning, wifi, shower, bed all great!). The staff were lovely, and very willing to help. I appreciated the opportunity to shower at the end of a hot day when we had officially checked out that morning. Thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful hotel and located at strategic plan. Feel like home, as all the staffs are very attentive and friendly. Everything is walking distance. We arrived early in the morning and the manager Alex immediately arranged 2 rooms for us. Alex was very accommodating and answered all our enquiries pertaining to Hanoi. He also helped to book Halong Bay cruise and day tour for us. My father in-law left his souvenirs bag in the van on the way back from Halong Bay. Alex helped to contact

Very value for money. Rooms were clean and cosy, beds were comfy, shower has the appropriate pressure. We travelled in a group of 4, 2 guys and 2 ladies. We were welcomed warmly by the hotel staff, Anna, she was very helpful in suggesting where we should go and what we should do during our trip. We were there during the one week holiday, she was really very helpful in reminding us that there might be congestion issues in some of the places of interest. She even highlighted to us which of the places of interest are worth visiting. The hotel was nicely located, there were food stalls, cafes and chill out places within a short distance. Would definitely head back there to stay if I ever visit Hanoi again.

This hotel is perfectly positioned to take advantage of it. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast is okay, makes this place is the staff, especially the female receptionists, they are so incredibly friendly and helpful. Particular mention of Anna - she is just lovely.

Very helpful in organising bus for us to Sa Pa for next morning. They rushed to get us some early breakfast before 6:30am, which was greatly appreciated. Very nice, clean and perfect location (right inside the old quarter). We can reach anywhere by walking. Staffs are friendly and helpful whenever we wanted to ask anything. Highly recommended!
